We are proud to announce that a team led by Nicolai Nuber (Partner, Corporate) and comprised of Michèle Remund (Partner, Tax), Norbert Schenk (Senior Associate, Corporate) and Danica Hafner (Paralegal) has successfully advised Wyden, the leader in institutional infrastructure for the digital asset trading lifecycle, on all legal aspects of their recent Series B funding round. Wyden secured USD 16.9 million (CHF 14.5 million) in this round, led by Truffle Capital with participation from PostFinance, SBI-Sygnum-Azimut Digital Asset Opportunity Fund, and FiveT Fintech, alongside existing investor C3 Venture Capital.

This funding will enable Wyden to expand its market reach, enhance its product offerings, and strengthen its development hubs in Europe. We are honored to have played a key role in supporting Wyden’s strategic growth and their mission to provide best-in-class digital asset trading infrastructure.
