Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advises the shareholders of Teltec South on its sale to Teltec North

Kellerhals Carrard advised the shareholders of Holfitec Holding SA, a Swiss company holding subsidiaries in France, Switzerland, Italy and Singapore, active under the name “Teltec” in the field of semiconductor production equipment distribution, in a sale transaction to TELTEC International GmbH, a German-based leading specialist in the semiconductor industry. 

The Kellerhals Carrard M&A team advising the sellers comprised Frédéric Rochat and Anne-Gabrielle Piaget and the tax team comprised Serge Migy and Régis Viquerat. The purchaser was advised by Gleiss Lutz in Germany and Vischer in Switzerland.
