Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advises Partners Group on the Acquisition of Empira

Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, has agreed to acquire Empira Group, a premier real estate investment platform with 13 global offices and a EUR 14 billion gross development value portfolio of European and US residential property. The acquisition is anticipated to close in H1 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.  

 Kellerhals Carrard acts as lead counsel to Partners Group on this transaction.
