Deal-Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advises ONE swiss bank on its new deal with Falcon Private

ONE swiss bank, a Swiss listed private bank in Geneva (XSWX), acquired all the shares in Falcon Private Wealth Limited, Dubai held by Falcon Private, a Swiss private banking boutique based in Zürich, Switzerland.

This agreement comes shortly after ONE swiss bank successfully purchased Falcon Private's private banking business in February 2021.

Kellerhals Carrard acted as legal counsel to ONE swiss bank. The team consisted of Frédéric Rochat and Anne-Gabrielle Piaget.
