Kellerhals Carrard advised Rentouch GmbH, a Swiss based tech company specializing in software for visualizing agile planning events across multiple agile teams with SAFe®, in its sale to Scaled Agile, Inc. This sale will allow to grow and strengthen their business offerings through integrated solutions that help teams unlock better ways of working.
