Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advised NovaMea SA in its 9M USD Series A financing round

NovaMea SA, the Vaud-based start-up, has successfully closed a 9M USD Series A Financing round, led by several international VCs.

The funding will be used to scale up the production of NovaMea’s proprietary membranes, ionomers, and catalyst-coated electrodes, to prepare for international market entries, and to further R&D activities.

Kellerhals Carrard advised NovaMea SA and its founder Dr. Xile Hu in this financing round. The teams included Josephine Marmy (Senior Associate), Alexandre Gachet (Partner) and Max-Andre Haas (Partner).
