Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advised multi-award-winning startup Lighthouse Tech in its seed round

We are pleased to announce that Lighthouse Tech SA, a multiple award-winning Swiss startup, has successfully closed its seed round, subscribed by various business angels and prestigious incubators.  

Lighthouse Tech SA develops wearable technology to assist blind and visually impaired individuals. Their flagship product is a smart eyewear frame that helps users navigate safely by detecting obstacles above waist level, promoting safe and independent mobility. 

The company scored incredible results in several prestigious awards. Highlights include being selected for the Toyota Mobility Foundation "Make a Move" Contest 2023 and advancing to finalist in 2024.  Additionally, it stood out in the MassChallenge US Program - Early Stage Cohort 2023, became a finalist at >>>venture>>> Health&Nutrition 2023, and is currently participating in the  Core Coaching Program by Innosuisse and Phase II by Venture Kick.  This funding round marks a significant milestone for Lighthouse Tech SA, allowing them to further develop their technology and enhance the lives of those with vision impairments. 

The team was led by Lorenza Ferro of Kellerhals Carrard with Associate Luca Guggiari, Trainee Katarina Mirkovic, and Micol Morganti Perucchi as Notary.
