Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advised Mobiliar on the acquisition of a seminar center

Mobiliar has acquired the Appenberg Hotel and Seminar Center in the Emmental. After remodeling, Mobiliar will re-open the Campus Appenberg in 2026 as one of Mobiliar’s 200^th anniversary projects. The Campus Appenberg shall become a center for innovation and lifelong learning for Mobiliars’ employees and customers.
