Deal Ticker : Kellerhals Carrard Advised GTS SA on Its Integration into The Magenta Eko SA Group

On March 21, 2024, GTS SA (GTS Solar), a leading company in the field of photovoltaic installations in French-speaking Switzerland, was integrated into the Magenta Eko SA group, a company active in the areas of sustainability and renewable energies.

The team at Kellerhals Carrard, consisting of Vincent Jäggi (Corporate Partner, M&A) and Aurélien Bill (Corporate Associate, M&A), advised GTS SA and its shareholder during this transaction.
