Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advised Groupe Minoteries in the acquisition of Zwicky

Groupe Minoteries SA, a leading player in the Swiss milling industry listed at SIX, is taking over the traditional Schweizerische Schälmühle E. Zwicky AG as of June 1, 2025, thereby ensuring the long-term succession of the Klopfenstein family and securing the continuation of an established company. This is another important step in Groupe Minoteries’ ambitious strategy to strengthen its market position.
