Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advised ETH Zurich spin-off OPTIML in its pre-seed round

Only a few months after the company’s incorporation, Kellerhals Carrard advised ETH Zurich spin-off OPTIML in its successful pre-seed round. The round was co-led by Innovation Endeavors and Planet A Ventures with participation of existing investor WSG AG.

OPTIML is a software platform harnessing the power of optimization for digitalized and sustainable real estate investment planning, which includes cost-optimal strategies towards Net Zero.

The Kellerhals Carrard team was led by Partner Thierry Barbey (M&A/Venture) and Associate Sandro Stich (M&A/Venture), and further comprised of Michèle Remund (Tax) Lisa Schmid (Paralegal).
