Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advised Dphi Space in its Pre-Seed Financing Round

Dphi Space successfully closed its Pre-Seed Round raising CHF 2.1 million. The Round was led by QBIT Capital with the participation of Zürcher Kantonalbank, Apprecia Capital, kickfund, Venture Kick, Hassine B., Atlantis Ventures, ROI VENTURES and Founderful Campus. This funding brings Dphi Space closer to Clustergate’s first flight in March, and helps them advance their technology, expand their team, and serve more customers as they scale their space infrastructure. 

Our team, led by Max-André Haas and Alexandre Gachet (both Partners - Corporate/VC/M&A) which also included Christophe Berczy (Associate M&A), was proud and delighted to assist Dphi Space on this financing round.
