Kellerhals Carrard acted as legal counsel to Centre Patronal in its acquisition of Trianon Ltd, a leading Swiss provider of business process outsourcing services, from Schweizerische Mobiliar Versicherungsgesellschaft AG (Mobiliar). The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Trianon offers a comprehensive range of services including pension fund administration, human resources services, and proactive absence management.
