NLS Pharmaceutics Announces Purchase Agreement with BVF Partners L.P. for Private Placement

On December 7, 2022, NLS Pharmaceutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: NLSP), a Swiss clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of innovative therapies for patients with rare and complex central nervous system disorders, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with funds managed by BVF Partners L.P., a US fund manager, to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to USD 30 million in a two-tranche private placement.
