Banyan Software acquires Element34 Solutions

Banyan Software, a leading US based global operator and long-term software investor, acquires specialist software provider Element34 Solutions, Lachen, Switzerland, a leading #softwaredeveloper for on-premises Selenium Grid infrastructure. The acquisition will allow Banyan Software, one of North America’s fastest growing private companies and ranked 10th in Deloitte’s 2021 #technologyfast500 to continue to grow and strengthen its presence within Europe and in Switzerland and brings the Banyan Software UK and European headcount to roughly 100 full-time employees. 

Kellerhals Carrard acts as lead Swiss legal counsel to Banyan Software in the transaction, which was led on the buyer side by Jeremy Millington (Partner) and Christopher Letters (Principal Associate) at Gowling WLG. The KC team was led by Nicolai Nuber (Partner Corporate/M&A) and supported by Elga Reana Tozzi (Tax), Sandro Stich (Corporate/M&A) and Céline Schmid (Employment).
